I expanded our brand's reach by spearheading the end-to-end development and launch of the organization's flagship podcast. Building on these relationships, I led a cross-functional collaboration with LED to devise a scalable statewide program strategy, systematizing resource allocation across regions. My foundation in analysis remained crucial, as I optimized data management processes to deliver actionable weekly insights that informed leadership decisions.
